Arbor Parent Portal and App

Vigo Primary School uses the Arbor Parent Portal and Parent App

Once your child joins the school, an email will be sent from Arbor to the email address you have registered with us.  

To create your account you just need to set a password. Your username is the email address we've sent your sign-up email to. Go to https://login.arbor.sc (Vigo Primary School will appear as an option) and click Forgot your password? A link will be sent to this email address to reset your password, which will finish setting up your account. Don’t forget to enable push-app notifications on your mobile device to receive notifications when we send in-app messages.

Managing Push-App Notifications on Mobile Devices:

  • Settings
  • Notifications
  • Select Arbor app
  • toggle on ‘Allow Notifications’ at the top

The Parent App can be downloaded from either the Playstore on android phones or the Apple Store on iPhones.
